Daniel Kramer, Untitled at World Championship BBQ Cook-Off – 2015 – 20” x 30” – archival inkjet print
The Art Car Museum is extending our current exhibition through September 27th, 2020.
Our 2020 FotoFest exhibition was open for only one week before the citywide shut down due to Covid-19 in Houston.
We have been re-opened, by appointment, but for limited days and hours. Therefore, we have decided to extend the show thru Sunday, September 27th.
Our featured artist, Daniel Kramer, is an award winning photographer. Kramer’s “Giddy Up: A Decade of Documenting the Houston Rodeo”, captures the true colors & “flavors” of the Houston Rodeo.
Also on exhibit, is the work of John Moschioni (aka: Texas Johnny Boy). Moschioni has photographed his arrangements of the “Junk on My Street”.
Christian Dozzler is included as well, showing photos of old Texas Pick-Up Trucks.
We are dedicated to the safety of our visitors and staff, so we are asking people to make an appointment with us, in order to limit the number of visitors in the museum at any given time to only 10 guests.
Of course, we require everyone, visitors & staff, to wear masks. We also ask that you please wash/sanitize your hands before entering, at the handwashing station outside of our entrance.
After adjusting our days and hours to correspond with the visiting patterns of our guests, we are now open, by appointment, on Fridays: 11am-5pm / Saturdays and Sundays: 11am-6pm.
